If a Coca-Cola-affiliated company just told you that you need to prequalify before you can start work, you’ve probably searched for something like “Coca-Cola ComplyWorks requirements” and gotten answers for the wrong platform. That’s not your fault. Coca-Cola isn’t a single company running a single contractor management system — it’s a global network of separately operated bottlers and business units, and they don’t all use the same one.
Here’s what we found when we checked, and what it means for you.
Coca-Cola ComplyWorks®: Which Entities Are Listed?
As of September 2026, six Coca-Cola-affiliated entities appear on Veriforce’s public hiring-client directory under ComplyWorks®: The Coca-Cola Company, CPS-Atlanta Beverage Base Plant (a Coca-Cola Company facility), Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Coca-Cola Big Philippines, and Coca-Cola CPS France-Midi.
For contractors and vendors working in the United States, the two most relevant names on that list are The Coca-Cola Company — the Atlanta-based parent that operates syrup and concentrate facilities — and Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, the Arca Continental-owned bottler that supplies Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas and has been actively expanding its Texas footprint with new plants in Houston and Fort Worth. If either of these is your hiring client, expect a Coca-Cola ComplyWorks account, not an ISNetworld® or Avetta® one.
Does Coca-Cola Consolidated Use ISNetworld® Instead?
Yes. Coca-Cola Consolidated — the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the country, covering 14 states and the District of Columbia — announced a partnership with ISN in July 2024 to manage contractor safety and compliance across its manufacturing facilities. If you’re bidding work for Coca-Cola Consolidated specifically, ComplyWorks won’t be the system you need — ISNetworld will.
This is exactly the kind of mismatch that trips contractors up. “Coca-Cola” isn’t a platform decision made once at the top and pushed down to every facility. Each operating company decided separately, and a contractor who assumes otherwise can end up building out the wrong account entirely.
Why the Coca-Cola System Runs on More Than One Platform
The confusion makes sense once you understand the structure. The Coca-Cola Company owns the brand and formulas and operates some of its own facilities, but most of the bottling, distribution, and local sales in the U.S. is handled by independently owned bottlers — Coca-Cola Consolidated, Arca Continental’s Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, and others — each running its own procurement and contractor-safety program. Internationally, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners operates as its own publicly traded company across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
In our experience helping contractors manage prequalification accounts, this is one of the most common points of confusion with large branded hiring clients generally — not just Coca-Cola. The brand name on the purchase order tells you who you’re working for. It doesn’t tell you which compliance platform they use.
What Should You Do If You’re Told You Need to Prequalify for Coca-Cola?
Start by confirming the exact legal entity and facility you’ll be working at, not just the brand name. Ask your contact at Coca-Cola directly which platform they use — ComplyWorks, ISNetworld, or something else — and get that in writing if you can. Don’t assume that because you’re already set up on one platform for a different customer, or because a coworker mentioned a different system, that it applies to your specific job.
Once you know the platform, the work ahead looks similar regardless of which one it is: a company profile, a health and safety questionnaire, written safety program documentation, OSHA recordkeeping, insurance verification, and — depending on the hiring client’s specific requirements — training records and site-specific orientation. The details, terminology, and scoring differ between a Coca-Cola ComplyWorks account and an ISNetworld account, so it’s worth getting the platform right before you start building out documentation, not after.
How Cascade QMS Helps
Whether you land on a ComplyWorks account or an ISNetworld account, the administrative load is the same story: a lot of documentation, deadlines, and platform-specific requirements stacked on top of the job you were actually hired to do. Our ComplyWorks® Management Plan and ISNetworld® Management Plan both handle account setup, written safety program development, OSHA log uploads, insurance coordination, and ongoing account monitoring, so you’re not the one chasing deadlines between bids.
Not sure which platform your Coca-Cola contact actually uses, or where to start? Reach out to our team and we’ll help you figure out what you’re actually being asked to do before you build the wrong account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Coca-Cola one company or many?
The Coca-Cola Company is the parent brand, but most U.S. bottling and distribution is handled by separate, independently operated companies such as Coca-Cola Consolidated and Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. Each sets its own contractor prequalification requirements.
Do all Coca-Cola bottlers use the same compliance platform?
No. Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages and The Coca-Cola Company appear on ComplyWorks®, while Coca-Cola Consolidated has publicly announced it uses ISNetworld®. There’s no single platform that covers the entire Coca-Cola system.
What’s the difference between ComplyWorks and ISNetworld?
Both are third-party contractor prequalification platforms, but they use different account structures, documentation formats, and review processes. Neither is a substitute for the other, and an account built for one won’t satisfy a hiring client that requires the other.
How do I find out which platform I need for a specific Coca-Cola facility?
Ask your hiring contact at that specific facility or business unit directly. If you’re not sure who to ask or what to ask for, Cascade QMS can help you confirm the requirement before you start.
