Vero Management Program
Vero® is a contractor prequalification and safety data management system from Safety Management Group. Hiring companies use it to collect and review contractor safety documentation, including written safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, and incident and work-hour data.
If a customer asked you to get set up in Vero, Cascade QMS can handle it for you. We take care of everything from new account setup to ongoing Vero account management, for small and large companies alike.
Vero Management Plan:

What is Vero?
Vero® is a contractor management system built by Safety Management Group. It handles contractor prequalification plus tracking for incidents and work hours, training, insurance certificates and documents. Each hiring company configures Vero around its own requirements.
Who uses Vero?
Hiring companies set up their own Vero portals for their contractors. AEP Transmission, for example, runs its contractor portal on Vero. If a customer sent you a Vero link, that customer’s requirements are the ones you need to meet.
What does Vero require from contractors?
It depends on the hiring company, but expect written safety programs, a certificate of insurance that meets the client’s limits, OSHA logs and EMR information, training records, and regular incident and work-hour reporting. Does Vero replace ISNetworld or Veriforce?
