GAF Materials LLC has just rolled out a new contractor management policy that’s going to impact how vendors and service providers do business with them moving forward. As of now, GAF is using ISNetworld to handle their contractor prequalification process.
If you’re planning to work with GAF, or want to continue doing so, this change means you’ll need to make sure your company is fully registered and compliant within the ISNetworld platform. GAF is requiring that all relevant documents, programs, and safety-related information be submitted and approved by June 9, 2025.
What GAF Is Asking For In ISN
In their recent vendor announcement, GAF outlined several key areas that contractors will need to address in ISNetworld, including:
- A complete company profile
- Health, safety, and ESG questionnaires
- Written safety programs (including EHS and ESG policies)
- Insurance certificates and OSHA records
- EMR documentation
- Financial and cybersecurity information
They also noted that help desk sessions and user meetings will be available to assist contractors with the new process. If you’re already set up in ISNetworld, that’s a great start—but you still need to make sure your profile meets GAF’s specific requirements.
