What is OSHA 10-Hour Certification? OSHA 10-Hour Certification is a safety training program designed to educate workers on recognizing and preventing workplace hazards.  This certification is ideal for workers in various industries as it’s an enhancement of understanding workplace safety and methods to reduce the risk of job-related hazards.  There are two different types of OSHA 10-Hour certifications to choose from:  OSHA 10-Hour General Industry and OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry.

OSHA 10-Hour

General Industry

This course is intended for workers in general industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, warehousing, and others. It covers a range of topics applicable to general industry settings, including machine guarding, materials handling, ergonomics, hazard communication, and more.

Recommended for: Employees in general industry roles, supervisors, and managers.

OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry

This course is specifically tailored for workers in the construction industry.  It covers topics such as Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hazard Communication and more hazards as they are commonly encountered on construction sites and construction related environments.

Recommended for: Construction workers and contractors, as well as supervisors and managers on construction sites
