Devon Energy, a leading independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company, has partnered with ISNetworld to streamline contractor management and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Devon Energy operates across key oil and gas basins in the United States, including the Delaware Basin, Eagle Ford, Anadarko Basin, Powder River Basin, and Williston Basin in Texas, New Mexico, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Oklahoma.
The company works with a diverse network of contractors and suppliers that provide services such as drilling, pipeline construction, equipment maintenance, environmental management, and more. To enhance safety and regulatory compliance, Devon Energy has transitioned from Veriforce to ISNetworld as their primary contractor information management system.
What This Means for Contractors and Suppliers
Effective immediately, all contractors and suppliers performing services for Devon Energy must be registered with ISNetworld. If your company is already an ISNetworld subscriber, you will not incur additional fees, but you must ensure all Devon Energy-specific requirements are completed. If your company is new to ISNetworld, an annual subscription fee applies; however, Devon Energy believes the benefits outweigh the costs.
Key Compliance Requirements
To be considered for work with Devon Energy, contractors must submit the following through ISNetworld:
- Company Profile
- Questionnaires: Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
- HSE Programs: Desktop Review & Implementation Assessment
- Document Submittals: Insurance, OSHA Forms, and Experience Modifier (submitted via ISN’s Agent/Broker Tool)
- Financial and Cyber Information
Deadline for Compliance
To remain eligible for selection as a Devon Energy contractor, companies must complete their ISNetworld registration and submit all required data by March 11, 2025.
