Fulfillment Policy

At Cascade QMS, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your business needs. Our fulfillment process is designed to provide you with efficient and timely management of your compliance accounts as well as quality management and safety needs.

Service Delivery Timeline

Once you have signed up for our services, we will initiate the fulfillment process based on the scope of the service package you have selected.

Typically, the onboarding process takes 1 business day, during which we will:

  • Set up your compliance accounts.
  • Upload necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with required third parties (e.g., ISNetworld, Veriforce, NCMS).

For ongoing services like account management, updates are processed within 2 business days from the time we receive the required information.

Invoices and Payment Terms

Invoices will issued in USD.  Invoices must be paid by the due date listed. If any portion of the amount owed is delinquent more than five (5) days after its due date, Cascade QMS reserves the right to adjust any discounts provided at the time of purchase.

Communication

You will receive regular updates via email during the fulfillment process, and you can track your service status directly contacting your assigned account manager.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled within the same day as processed, shall no services be performed.  All canceled orders and subscriptions are subject to a charge of 100% of the total product or service amount.  Service fees will be assessed for any and all refunds.

Liability

Cascade QMS shall not be liable for any improper use of documentation created and edited. All services are provided with the consent of the company being billed, and Cascade QMS acts on behalf of the invoiced party.
